How and when your order reaches you.
Every Nessvale item is made to order. Production takes 2 to 5 business days before your order ships.
Once shipped, orders within the United States arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Total time from order to delivery is typically 5 to 8 business days.
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show activity after the label is created.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Carrier delays, severe weather, and peak holiday periods can extend delivery times. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, email support@nessvale.com and we will make it right.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
