Every Nessvale tee is printed on the Bella+Canvas 3001 unisex blank. It is cut slimmer than a classic Gildan or Hanes tee - if you want a relaxed fit, size up one.

All figures in inches, garment laid flat. Allow about half an inch either way.

Chest width - lay a shirt you already like flat and measure across, one inch below the armhole. Body length - measure from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem.
Take the larger one. The 3001 has very little stretch in the body, and a tee that is slightly roomy wears better than one that pulls.
